Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We offer standard shipping across the U.S., with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues. or due to carrier issues.

No return and No refund

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our pottery, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

• Under 1lb: $5
• 1-3lb: $10
• 3-5lb: $15
• 5-7lb: $20
• 7-10lb: $25
• 10lb and up: $30
